10 TPH Ruminant Pellet Production Solution in Uzbekistan
The 10-ton/hour poultry feed production line built by RICHI in Uzbekistan, was put into operation in May 2020. The designed capacity is 10-12 tons/hour, and the actual measured capacity can reach 13 tons. It is equipped with core equipment such as a 110kW ring die pellet mill.
2 TPH shrimp feed Production Solution in Indonesian
RICHI’s customized 2-ton/hour shrimp feed production line for Indonesian clients utilizes the feed extruder machine as its core equipment. It specializes in producing 1.2-2.5mm floating shrimp feed and integrates modules for crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying. It features PLC automated control and is specifically designed for Litopenaeus vannamei farming.
1-2 TPH wood pellet Production Solution in Indonesia
RICHI’s 1-2 ton/hour wood pellet production line in Indonesia went into operation in 2018. Using logs and furniture factory scraps as raw materials, the line goes through a complete process of chipping, crushing, drying, pelleting, cooling and packaging. It is equipped with an MZLH420 wood pellet machine to achieve automated production. The finished product is 8mm high-quality biomass pellets. As a turnkey project, it effectively meets the local clean energy market demand.

Crusher
