1
Can my raw material be compressed into qualified pellets, and does it need to be dried or ground first for a pellet plant project?
You may send 5kg of raw material to our Zhengzhou lab. Professional staff will conduct relevant inspections and provide a detailed test report upon completion.

2
How long does it take for a set of equipment to break even? What are the electricity consumption per ton and wear part costs?
You may calculate cash flow models and per-unit electricity-per-ton costs based on local fuel or feed prices for your pellet plant project.
3
I lack expertise in transformer configuration, foundation work, and steel structures. Do you offer turnkey solutions? What is the additional cost?
Turnkey solutions are available—chosen by 70% of our overseas clients—and pellet plant project pricing details can be discussed during your complimentary consultation.
4
What preparations are needed for shipping, customs clearance, and installation? Will foreign engineers be dispatched? Who handles visas?
You must prepare import qualifications, customs clearance documents, unloading equipment, and installation site conditions for the pellet plant project. RICHI machinery will send 1–2 engineers for installation, and you are responsible for providing on-site accommodation, work meals, and airport transfers.
5
What compensation is provided if post-commissioning output for the pellet plant project falls below contractual targets, or if a press roll fails within three days? How quickly are spare parts delivered?
For output shortfalls, RICHI follows a three-step compensation process:
1. Initial debugging;
2. If output remains below 95% of contractual targets after debugging, corrective measures are implemented;
3. If targets still unmet, a detailed compensation plan is issued.
Additionally, replacement press rolls are air-shipped within 72 hours.
