You may ship 5 kg of raw materials to our Zhengzhou laboratory. Within 3 days, we will provide a Feasibility Study Report, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and 3D factory layouts for your pellet plant project.

Two RICHI engineers will arrive on-site to complete hoisting, wiring, piping, and no-load/load commissioning within 10–25 days. You will also receive the detailed and accurate Daily Installation Log and Commissioning Record Form.

After the machinery has operated continuously for 8 hours and achieved the contracted production capacity, the Acceptance Report will be issued, followed by 2–3 days of theoretical and practical training for your pellet plant project.

Can my raw material be compressed into qualified pellets, and does it need to be dried or ground first for a pellet plant project?

You may send 5kg of raw material to our Zhengzhou lab. Professional staff will conduct relevant inspections and provide a detailed test report upon completion.

You must prepare import qualifications, customs clearance documents, unloading equipment, and installation site conditions for the pellet plant project. 1. Initial debugging;

2. If output remains below 95% of contractual targets after debugging, corrective measures are implemented;

3. If targets still unmet, a detailed compensation plan is issued.

Additionally, replacement press rolls are air-shipped within 72 hours.
