RICHI Machinery Company Development History Background

1995

Henan RICHI Machinery was established, building a production base for granulation equipment and related accessories, earning unanimous acclaim within the industry.

1999

RICHI designs, develops, and manufactures a series of core equipment including pellet mills and hammer mills. In 2000, it became the top seller in the pellet industry across Central China and launched turnkey feed production line services that same year.

2000

RICHI launched construction on its first fully automated turnkey pellet production line project. That same year, it secured contracts for over 30 pellet production lines, a sales feat that sent shockwaves through the entire industry at the time.

2003

Within three years, RICHI feed pelletizers have surpassed 500 units in total sales, with the company having constructed over 100 pellet production lines and consistently earning high praise from customers.

2004

In Northeast China, we partnered with the region’s largest feed producer, Weihope Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., to establish the area’s first fully automated aquatic feed production line with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons.

2005

RICHI has introduced advanced technologies and equipment from both domestic and international sources, formally launching manufacturing in the field of biomass pellet energy equipment and establishing the company’s sustainable development direction.

2008

RICHI has completed construction of Central China’s largest feed project—a fully automated duck feed production line with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons. The line continues to operate stably, delivering maximum returns for customers.

2009

RICHI has been officially approved by the Ministry of Commerce as an independent import-export enterprise. The subsequent construction of two new factories in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng marks a significant step forward in the company’s strategic layout for domestic and international trade.

2010

RICHI has obtained multiple international certifications including ISO, CE, BV, SGS, and CCPIT. With its international trade headquarters designed in Zhengzhou, Henan, the company is further expanding into the global market.

2011

RICHI Engineering operates globally and constructed the first 60,000-ton-per-year chicken feed production line for the largest feed processing plant in the former Soviet Union, marking China’s first entry into the Kyrgyzstan feed market with its feed machinery.

2017

Over the past six years, RICHI equipment has been continuously exported to 93 countries and regions, covering feed pelletizing projects, biomass energy pelletizing projects, and steel plate storage projects.

2018

RICHI has constructed over 40 complete pellet feed production lines for export in Uzbekistan. Actively responding to the Belt and Road Initiative, the company established its first subsidiary in Uzbekistan, further enhancing its long-term competitiveness and profitability.

2020-2022

Amid the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, RICHI shifted to an online marketing model. Engineers and after-sales service teams remain available around the clock to provide customers with service and technical support. Leveraging its strong brand influence, the company has maintained its sales growth momentum.

2023

In the post-pandemic era, RICHI has resumed construction of its new 100-acre factory complex, scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. This will become the most advanced manufacturing base for pellet production lines in China’s central and western regions.

2024

RICHI equipment is exported to over 140 countries and regions, serving more than 70 industries and application fields. Additionally, RICHI ring die pelletizers are registered as nationally patented products and hold five related patents.

ISO has established the world’s most comprehensive and systematic international standards. RICHI Company obtained ISO certification in 2001 and has consistently upheld it as the sole benchmark for measuring our product quality and service management standards.

CE certification represents the most stringent regional access standard globally. RICHI Machinery secured EU CE certification in 2000 and currently provides advanced equipment and application solutions to EU nations including Germany, Spain, Austria, and Iceland.
