In a pelletizing production line, the pellet machine serves as the primary equipment. However, additional auxiliary equipment is required to ensure a smoother pelletizing process and produce higher-quality pellets.
Crusher
The crusher is the main equipment used in the crushing stage. It primarily pulverizes materials into particles ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm in size, preparing them for subsequent pelletization.
Dryer
Different granulation machines are used for producing various types of pellets, and moisture requirements for raw materials also vary. Dryers primarily reduce excess moisture in raw materials to achieve appropriate moisture levels.
Mixer
Mixers are primarily used in the mixing stage to blend various materials. They support high mixing uniformity requirements.
Cooler
The counterflow-designed cooler directs cold air upward to cool high-temperature pellets to room temperature.
Screener
The screener grades cooled pellets, removing substandard products to ensure uniform finished pellet quality.
Packaging Scale
Packaging scales are used to ensure finished products are accurately packaged to standard weights.
